The hat is very nice, I ordered it for a friend I was playing golf with at an event he invited me to. I paid extra for Expedited shipping, and the shipping label was created almost immediately, but then it sat in "Preshipping" for 2 days, and bacuse of that, it didn't show up on time. When I contacted customer service I only got what seemed like an automated reply "We show that your order has shipped".
