FAQ

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, with standard shipping typically arriving within 3–5 business days and expedited shipping within 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping speed you select. Rates may vary depending on the delivery distance, package weight, and carrier options available for your address. You’ll be able to review the available shipping methods and final cost before completing your order.

All orders ship direct from our warehouse in Tennessee.

You can track your order using your phone number, email address, or tracking number here.

Depending on the shipping method selected, we ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait one additional business day to see if the tracking updates or the package is delivered.

If it still has not arrived after that, contact us at orders@orders.fkinggolf.com and we’ll help look into it.

In the rare event that your package is lost or delayed, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and offer either a replacement item or a full refund.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as you contact us before it has been fulfilled. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, so please reach out as soon as possible at orders@orders.fkinggolf.com if you need to make a change.

We want you to be happy with your order. Eligible items can be returned within 36 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return or exchange, email us at returns@orders.fkinggolf.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are free.

Yes. We offer free 36-day exchanges if you need a different size. Just email returns@orders.fkinggolf.com with your order details, and we’ll help get the right size sent your way.

Sale items may be returned unless marked as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We process refunds the same day your return is checked in. After that, the timing depends on your financial institution and how quickly they post the refund to your account.
